The Scottish Commission for the Regulation of Care, known as the Care Inspectorate has been set up to improve the quality of care services in Scotland.
The Care Inspectorate will inspect all care services each year to make sure the National Care Standards are being met. The National Care Standards state what a care service must do or provide to make sure that you experience a good quality service and know what to expect.
